About Us
SolarEnvi is a team of
energy evaluators and design professionals who recognize the burden that
inefficient existing homes place on the environment and on homeowners.
The principals come from a background beginning with professional degrees in
architecture, including professional level training in environmental
construction issues. WIth several years' experience in commercial architectural
design and management, the principals were experienced in managing the
construction project cycle, from initial concept to turnover. Their experience
includes projects registered with the U.S. Green Building Council for LEED
certification. SolarEnvi is the result of their search for a
simplified process of greening existing homes, that is easy to implement,
understand and finance.

In addition to helping individual homeowners and neighborhoods, SolarEnvi is committed to helping
disadvantaged homeowners through governmental redevelopment programs. We offer
professional consulting services for community housing
organizations including home energy audits, sustainability recommendations,
and home remediation through our contractor partners.
For commercial building projects, we offer shell
commissioning to ensure that the constructed building shell is weathertight,
built to specifications, and provides ventilation to meet applicable ASHRAE
standards. Shell commissioning may provide an Innovation in Design credit for
buildings seeking LEED certification.
